Knowing what makes people tick is at the core of strategic design work.

How do you know what matters to people? How do you know what’s important, and what’s not to them? It’s not always price or speed, and you need to know the difference. Then, how do you delight them? Understanding where to put your efforts is critical to business success. Our design and user research work starts with identifying the right people who will inform us in the richest way. Then we delve into what’s important for them, and especially what is not.

Here’s a project we did for the National Lottery Community Fund on exploring what communities do with technology during Covid.

Here is something for you to share on our design research work.
